Overview BasikWall Inc, a Moving Glass Wall System Company, one of largest wholesale manufacture suppliers of IN STOCK "FOLDING DOORS" Large Doors, Windows, Door Hardwares, and Millwork. Currently have a position available for B2B Inside Sales Representative for Wholesale Doors and Window to join our knowledgeable team of door professionals. This person will work with team of professional and respected sales team representing and selling our extensive line of door/window products to our wholesale customers. BASIKWALL is one of largest Bifold door systems with Headquarted in Milpitas, California. Basikwall New Expanded 40 thousand sqft warehouse space in East Coast, District of Columbia to serve dealers in the east coast. We're a growing company that designs, produces and distributes an extensive range of luxury interior and exterior doors, wood, vinyl and aluminum windows. Duties * Maintain and oversee our product lines * Receive incoming telephone calls & emails * Process and maintain customer orders through Quickbooks or other programs. * Maximize margin on sales * Provide price quotes and quote follow-up * Provide high level of customer service in answering customer inquiries and solving customer challenges * Engage with customers through various channels to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. * Maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities. * Utilize invoicing and quoting systems to process transactions efficiently and accurately. * Collaborate with outside sales representatives to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction. * Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and promotions. * Provide support in the remodeling sector by offering expert advice on product selection and installation processes. * Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities for future reference. * Apply retail math skills to analyze sales data and identify trends that can enhance sales strategies. * Use selling skills to convert sales inquiries to orders * Regularly reads trade publications and attends product knowledge (PK) seminars to stay current on industry trends and new product offerings in the Door and Hardware Market Skills * Able to convert metric system to imperial system and calculated square ft, sqm, mm to inches, ft to in. * Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is highly desirable. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Familiarity with Quoting softwares (Quickbooks, Odoo) CRM (Clickup Odoo), Phone System (Ring Central), Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook/PPT), Know how to Edit PDF Files * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. * Knowledge of remodeling processes or products is beneficial but not mandatory. * Proficiency in is an advantage for engaging with a broader customer base. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing situations in a fast-paced environment.
