Duties * Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct thorough market analysis to identify suitable insurance products for clients. * Facilitate the sales process by guiding clients through policy options and benefits. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in accordance with HIPAA regulations. * Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve overall performance. * Participate in telemarketing efforts to reach potential clients and expand the customer base. * Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes affecting insurance policies. Requirements * Proven experience in retail sales or telemarketing, preferably within the insurance sector. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is a plus. * Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. * Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable, enabling effective communication with a broader audience. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing sales administration tasks.
