Job Summary: We're looking for a highly organized, sales-savvy, and customer-focused Sales and Project Coordinator (SPC) to help deliver beautifully crafted custom cabinetry projects from concept to completion. In this dual role, you'll manage both the sales process and project coordination, working directly with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth and successful experience. You'll help drive growth by qualifying leads, presenting product options, and building strong relationships--especially with clients in the trades. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Sales Support * Serve as the main point of contact for clients and trade partners throughout the project lifecycle. * Qualify incoming leads to determine project fit and budget alignment. * Present product options and cabinet design solutions to homeowners, designers, and builders in a clear and professional manner. * Assist in preparing pricing proposals, generating quotes, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. * Maintain and update client information, lead status, and project progress in the CRM system. * Develop long-term relationships with trade clients (e.g., builders, interior designers, contractors) and ensure consistent follow-up. Project Coordination * Schedule site visits, field measurements, design reviews, and installations in coordination with internal and external teams. * Ensure timely and accurate communication with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for material and service scheduling. * Track project milestones, timelines, and budgets, reporting any delays or issues to the Sales Operations Manager. * Maintain organized project documentation, including contracts, work orders, and client records. * Provide administrative support to the design / production team to ensure all design and work order documents are accurate and complete. * Help resolve day-to-day issues that may arise during production or installation. Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in project coordination, sales, or account management--preferably in construction, cabinetry, or interior design. * 2020 Design and Kitchen design experience is a plus. * Some cabinet layout experience is a plus and may be used to assist in design coordination or client discussions. * Demonstrated ability to sell products or services and close deals. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficient with project management and sales tools (e.g., Excel, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, CRM platforms). * Ability to read and interpret basic floor plans or shop drawings is a plus. * Customer-focused attitude with a knack for problem-solving and follow-through. Compensation: We offer a base salary starting at $60,000, plus commission. Total annual compensation is expected to range between $100,000 and $150,000, depending on individual performance and sales results.
