Job Title: Experienced in Sports, Sales & Live Streaming Location: Baltimore, MD Job Type: Full-Time Company Overview: Join our dynamic team at Paradise Card Breaks, a leading sports cards and memorabilia store located in the vibrant city of Las Vegas. We specialize in providing a unique and engaging experience for our customers through live streaming of hobby box openings, allowing collectors to participate in the excitement of discovering rare and valuable sports cards from the comfort of their homes. Position Overview: We are seeking experienced Salesmen to join our team, individuals who are passionate about sports or sports cards, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen understanding of sports and/or the sports card market. As a Breaker, you will be responsible for conducting live stream hobby box openings, interacting with customers online, and accurately assessing the condition and value of sports cards. Responsibilities: * Conduct live stream hobby box openings for customers who purchase online. * Engage and interact with a diverse customer base, providing an entertaining and informative experience. * Utilize knowledge of various sports and athletes to enhance the customer experience. * Accurately identify and assess the condition and value of sports cards. * Work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced retail environment. * Demonstrate strong organizational skills, multitasking, and effective prioritization. * Utilize basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft applications for tracking and reporting purposes. * Navigate order reports online and use advanced apps to manage and fulfill customer orders. Qualifications: * Minimum of 6 months experience as a Breaker on a reputable platform. * Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales. * In-depth knowledge of various sports and athletes, as well as an understanding of their value in the sports card market. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in assessing sports card condition and value. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. * Proficient in basic Excel and Microsoft applications. * Familiarity with advanced apps and the ability to navigate online order reports.
