As a trading company with the automobile industry as its field, we at NTA continue to create value for our customers by responding to environmental loads and pursuing the role we should play in the new mobility society. In order to support automobile production, it is indispensable to have not just knowledge of international trade and logistics, but also knowledge of automobile production and knowledge of material technologies. NTA is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to be apart of a dynamic sales force, leading the way in automotive international trade. Essential Functions: * Support Manager/Account Manager to develop new business, new customers, and suppliers * Build and maintain good relationships with clients, customers, and suppliers * Support Operations team to negotiate with customers and suppliers for sales related items * Provide quotes, price negotiation, GTOP entry, progress management, develop business scheme, contract/agreement, PPAP, Packaging, Tooling, VTT, and other requests from customer and supplier * Responsible for investigating price discrepancies * Manage the monthly and yearly Sale & Profit variance analysis * Achieve sales and gross profit commitment * Propose and Implement Standard Operating Procedures * Oversee and resolve accounts payable & receivable issues for your clients * Other duties as assigned by management Requirements: * Bachelors' Degree preferred, or experience equivalent * Three or more years in the related area, preferably with automotive industry or international trading experience, and/or with knowledge on supply chain and inventory control * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Proficient in NetSuite and Microsoft Office * Experience in the automotive industry and international trading * Strong analytical and organization skills * Knowledge of basic accounting, invoicing, purchasing, and inventory processes Travel: * Local and international travel up to 20% may be required * Possible Hybrid schedule available Hours Requirements * This position typically works a standard work week of 40 hours; however, overtime may be required Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
