(Job Requirements) We're searching for a driven commercial landscape professional who can communicate like a pro, solve problems on the fly, and has at least 2 years of experience in commercial landscape management. If you're 21 or older, have a valid driver's license, and are eligible to work in the USA, we want to talk to you! * Your Day-to-Day Adventures: * Monthly Walkthroughs: Keep our customers happy by always meeting quality and service expectations. * Maintenance Schedules: Keep things running smoothly by managing the crew's maintenance visits. * Irrigation Wizardry: Perform inspections, manage clocks, and ensure everything is watering just right. * Problem-Solving Pro: Lead and facilitate resolutions for customer concerns with a smile. * Enhancement Ideas: Think outside the planter box and present site enhancement ideas. * Safety First: Ensure a safe environment for both employees and customers. * Supervision and Communication: Supervise crews, conduct field operations, and maintain clear communication with Crew Leaders. * Service Delivery Management: Ensure we're hitting the mark on scope of work and financial goals. * Site Audits and Branch Meetings: Stay on top of site audits and play an active role in branch leadership. * Employee Management: Hire, terminate, coach, and develop your team. * Scheduling and Routing: Handle monthly schedules and daily routine of crews like a boss. * Sales Savvy: Boost our offerings with enhancement sales, contractual sales, and irrigation management. * Ready to Join a Family-like Team?
