Overview We are seeking charismatic & energetic live sellers to host livestreams on various selling platforms showcasing our clothing, accessory, and gift collections all from our studio on historic Main Street in St. Charles, Missouri. Positivity & passion are a must! As a Livestream Host, you'll engage directly with viewers, create excitement around our products, and drive sales through your authentic personality. About JOYS JOYS is a local family-owned business on Historic Main Street in St. Charles, MO since 2011. Whether it be in-person, or through live streaming, our goal is to provide a positive and memorable experience for our customers as they explore our array of products. We offer a wide variety of goods including fashion, accessories, and gifts! Required Skills & Abilities * Excellent public speaking skills and storytelling ability. * Confidence & energy in front of the camera. * Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment. * Maintain high energy levels on your feet for extended periods during live streams. * Strong time management skills and commitment to scheduled live streams. * Previous sales experience and a people-oriented, energetic personality. * Knowledge of social media trends. * Interest and basic knowledge of apparel, accessories, and other goods * Humble & joyful personality that can make all customers feel welcome and valued. Responsibilities * Host engaging live streams showcasing our products. * Create a welcoming, fun environment that encourages audience participation and retention. * Build relationships with viewers through genuine interaction, humor, and trustworthiness. * Effectively communicate product features, styling tips, and sizing information. * Respond to viewer questions in real-time with enthusiasm and product knowledge. * Drive sales conversion through persuasive presentation and audience engagement. * Assist with packaging and shipping sold items. Experience * Previous experience in retail or e-commerce sales is preferred but not mandatory. * Social media marketing is preferred but not mandatory. Schedule Shifts take place on-site at our studio. Flexible scheduling is available, but we prefer candidates who can commit to 4-6 live streams per week. Live streams typically last 2-4 hours, plus time for prep and packaging orders. Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts are available. Shift availability may evolve to accommodate changing needs.
