We're looking for a driven and knowledgeable Sales Specialist to help customers find the perfect upgrades for their vehicles -- from audio systems to remote starters and custom accessories. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through our products and services while delivering a top-notch experience. If you love cars, sales, and helping people bring their vision to life, this is the opportunity for you. Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 Responsibilities: * Greet and engage with walk-in customers, listen to their needs, and recommend the right products and services * Educate customers on the features and benefits of car audio systems, alarms, lighting, remote starters, and more * Provide accurate quotes, create work orders, and coordinate with the install team to ensure a seamless experience * Follow up with customers and build lasting relationships that keep them coming back * Stay up to date on new products, trends, and technology in the 12V industry Qualifications: * 1+ year of retail or automotive sales experience preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills -- you're comfortable talking to anyone * Passion for vehicles, electronics, and aftermarket customization * Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction * Ability to work 5 days a week, including Saturdays.
