Key Responsibilities : * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized consultations on our cryo-slimming services. * Utilize exceptional selling techniques to achieve and exceed sales targets, maximizing commission-based income. * Conduct engaging introductory treatments and consultations to prospective clients. * Work independently to book appointments from leads provided, follow up on inquiries, and close sales, demonstrating high levels of self-sufficiency and motivation. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings. * Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales initiatives and share best practices. * Prepare sales reports Qualifications : * Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the wellness or spa industry. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients. * Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve targets and goals. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Passion for health, wellness, and helping clients achieve their goals. * Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment. * Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions and a growing company Hours: 1.) Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 2-7p, Sundays 9a-4p 2.)Thursday, Friday, 2-7p, Saturdays 9a-4p Compensation : This role offers a base hourly pay + competitive commission-based compensation structure, providing ample opportunities for high earnings based on sales performance.
