If so, you might be the perfect fit for our team! MassageLuXe is a monthly membership based day spa that offers a variety of massage and facial services to help our clients relax and rejuvenate. We are looking for a lead sales representative who can sell memberships to prospective members, as well as products and upgrades to existing members. As a Membership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for: - Greeting and welcoming clients and providing them with a tour of the spa - Educating clients about the benefits of massage and facial services, as well as the advantages of becoming a member - Presenting membership options and closing sales - Following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Training and coaching other sales representatives on best practices and sales techniques - Meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas - Maintaining a clean and professional appearance and spa environment To be successful in this role, you will need: - A high school diploma or equivalent - At least one year of sales experience, preferably in the spa or wellness industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - A positive and friendly attitude - A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn - A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends As a lead sales representative, you will enjoy: - An hourly rate plus commissions for membership sales, product sales and residual commissions for those memberships you close and remain members - A generous employee discount on spa services and products - A fun, safe, and supportive work environment - Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company If you are interested in joining our team, please send your resume and cover letter to [please apply online].
