Account Executive - Join a High-Growth Construction Hiring Team! Run high-energy sales calls with decision-makers, uncovering their hiring challenges and offering our tailored solution. Close deals and build lasting relationships with contractors who need our help. Manage and track your pipeline in HubSpot to stay organized and maximize your success. Stay on top of follow-ups to ensure deals move through the pipeline efficiently. Learn, adapt, and level up your skills with ongoing coaching and support. What We're Looking For: A top-performing salesperson with a track record of closing deals in a fast-paced remote environment. Construction industry experience? HUGE Bonus!* If you've sold in or to construction companies before, you'll thrive here. *HubSpot experience preferred (or a similar CRM like Salesforce). Strong communicator and relationship-builder --you can handle objections and create urgency. Driven by commission and results --you want to control your income and be rewarded for your efforts.
