We're seeking a motivated Territory Outbound Sales Associate to lead growth efforts across San Jose and the greater Bay Area. You'll take full ownership of your territory, generate new business, and strengthen relationships with existing clients--playing a key role in our continued success. Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 base + commissions Responsibilities: * Help host company golf and other events * Follow the sales team plan * Lead generate * Set new appointments * Sales talk mastery * Be a team player * B2B * Sales routes * Sales calls * Make good first impressions * Assess the performance of specific properties in your area and develop sales plans and goals that are in line with the broader brand goals * Establish an up-to-date list of key customers to ensure that connections and positive relationships continue to develop * Increase new business and accelerate revenue generation by cold calling, on-site visits, and sales tours, as well as engaging your local community network * Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets * Study and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads Qualifications: * Sales experience required * Must live in Orange County and/or within driving distance of the office * Good communication * Must have working rights in the USA * Must have a driver's license * Must be 21 or older * Ability to make good first impressions * Clean driving record required * Outstanding organizational skills and time management * Prior experience working in the hospitality sector is required * Understand how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively * Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor's degree in business or a similar field is a plus * At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in the hospitality industry About Company A company that employees are proud of and competitors aspire to be.
