Duties * Engage with customers to skillfully assist them in selecting and processing a variety of photo products and services. * Accurately operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers to ensure smooth transactions. * Keep your workspace organized and maintain all equipment in excellent condition to enhance service delivery. * Mentor and train new team members on photo service procedures, fostering a culture of growth and excellence. * Apply retail math effectively to manage inventory and execute sales transactions efficiently. * Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, providing detailed information about our products and services. * Proactively address customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care. * Use persuasive selling techniques to promote our photo services and increase customer engagement. * Maintain exemplary phone etiquette when answering customer calls related to photo services.
