We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Roofing Sales Consultant. As a Roofing Sales Consultant, you will canvas areas prospecting for new clients. You will play a crucial role in our sales efforts by engaging with potential customers and promoting our products or services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with people and has a passion for sales and customer service. Responsibilities: - Conduct an initial evaluation of homeowner's roofs and be able to explain storm-related damages - You will explain the insurance process of filing an insurance claim and walk them through the process of the claim to get their roof replaced. - Canvas storm-damaged areas by going door-to-door to generate leads and promote our products or services - Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner - Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers - Answer questions and address concerns raised by potential customers - Collect customer information and input data into the system accurately - Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert them into sales - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques Requirements: - Prior experience in roof sales, being able to climb and evaluate a roof is a benefit. - Driver's License and transportation are a plus. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong sales abilities. - Exceptional customer service skills. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Previous experience in door-to-door sales, or customer service is preferred. - Must be comfortable working outdoors - Flexibility to work Saturdays are required - Availability (Monday-Saturday) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Opportunities for advancement * Paid time off * Paid training Compensation Package: * 1099 contract * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Daily bonus * Monthly bonus * Uncapped commission * Weekly bonus Schedule: * Day shift Work Location: On the road Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Compensation Package: * Commission pay * Performance bonus * Quarterly bonus Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Morning shift * Weekends as needed People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Ability to Commute: * Burlington, KY 41005 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Burlington, KY 41005: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
