About the Role Kahn Media is looking for a mid-level Account Executive to bring fresh ideas to our PR and social media work. Reporting to a Senior Account Executive or Account Supervisor, you'll be a key part of our team, responsible for creating and carrying out PR and social media plans, crafting engaging content, and supporting client growth through active social media work. Key Responsibilities * Social Media Strategy : Lead the planning and execution of creative social media campaigns across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube) for clients and Kahn Media. You'll be hands-on in shaping plans that increase engagement and grow followings. * Content Creation : Develop compelling posts that capture each client's unique brand voice, spark interest, and encourage audience interaction. * Influencer & Media Engagement: Build relationships with influencers, journalists, and media outlets to gain valuable media attention and partnerships. Work closely with influencers to include genuine brand messages. * Community Management : Monitor and engage with followers across platforms for clients and Kahn Media to build loyal communities. You'll also manage inquiries and help keep the brand's voice consistent. * Analytics & Reporting: Track and assess social media and PR results to improve future plans. Create monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports to show success and client impact. * PR & Pitching: Write and pitch press releases, feature stories, and media updates, blending traditional PR with digital approaches to increase reach. Who You Are * Strong Writer & Communicator: Excellent writing skills and knowledge of AP Style, with the ability to adjust tone for different platforms and brands. * Strategic Marketer : You bring 2+ years of PR or social media experience in an agency setting, with a record of successful multi-client account management. * Creative & Analytical: You balance creativity with analysis--a creative thinker who enjoys using data to make social media strategies better. Preferred Skills * Basic skills in photography and video editing. * 2-4 years of agency multi-client experience * Knowledge of content scheduling tools and performance metrics. * Interest in cars, motorcycles, and/or outdoor activities is a plus.
