The successful candidate will work closely with customers to develop and maintain relationships, manage account activities, and respond to inquiries and requests. Sales Account Manager Duties and Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong customer relationships * Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet customer needs * Respond to customer inquiries and provide support as needed * Monitor customer accounts and ensure satisfaction * Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner * Analyze customer data to identify trends and recommend strategies * Track and report customer data, sales performance, and other metrics * Prepare reports and presentations for customers, senior management, and other stakeholders Sales Account Manager Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or related field * Proven experience in sales account management * Excellent customer service and sales support skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software All employees of a SERVPRO Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO Franchise.
