Your Role and Responsibilities: * Manage a Diverse Property Portfolio: Take ownership of a portfolio of single-family and small multifamily homes. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and housing partners. You are someone who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and optimizing systems. * Build Client Relationships: Foster trust with new clients while maintaining strong communication and rapport with residents, vendors, and housing partners. * Coordinate Maintenance Efforts: Partner with trusted vendors to ensure timely maintenance and efficient make-ready processes. * Drive Sales and Portfolio Growth: Help increase our local market presence, support existing clients with real estate sales, and assist with investment property acquisitions. * Leverage a Skilled Support Team: Collaborate closely with our CEO and executive staff, and work with the Leasing and Accounting departments. Use our suite of communication and property management tools to keep everything organized. * Conduct On-Site Property Visits: Perform regular inspections and showcase properties throughout your assigned region. Who We Are Looking For: * Licensed Real Estate Agent in Hawaii: This is a mandatory requirement. A broker license is highly desirable. * Experience: A minimum of one year in real estate or property management is preferred. At least three years of customer service experience is required. We are open to training the right licensed candidate transitioning from another industry. * Core Skills: Self-driven, highly organized, people-oriented, and capable of navigating complex situations with grace and professionalism. * Technologically Proficient: Confident using cloud-based tools such as AppFolio, Slack, ClickUp, and other productivity software. * Location: Must reside or be willing to relocate to the southern region of O'ahu, between Kapolei and Aiea. * Tools of the Trade: Must have access to a reliable vehicle, laptop, and smartphone. Work Schedule: * Business hours are generally Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM HST, but may vary depending on portfolio demands. * This hybrid role requires in-person office presence at least two days per week, with the remaining days spent remotely and visiting properties. * This is a full-time opportunity. Compensation and Growth: * Commission is based on gross management fees collected. This role presents a rare opportunity to begin with an existing portfolio. Starting income ranges from $6,500 to $8,200 per month depending on experience. * As your portfolio grows, your base commission is expected to increase by $150 to $300 monthly. Within three years, projected income may range from $10,000 to $12,500 per month. * Additional earnings available through real estate commission splits for sales and acquisitions. * Receive bonuses for acquiring new property management clients.
