Your Role Are you an ambitious insurance professional looking to make a significant impact in the world of logistics and risk management? Nacora Insurance Brokers, a subsidiary of Kuehne+Nagel, is searching for a dynamic Sales Representative to drive the growth of our Cargo Insurance Programs across the Central U.S.. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you'll work directly with logistics professionals, helping them mitigate risk and protect their cargo with tailored insurance solutions. Your Responsibilities * Identify new clients and opportunities within the Central Area, leveraging data from CRM and premium analysis. * Qualify leads, set up new customer agreements, and provide customized insurance solutions for cargo, storage, and exhibition risks. * Conduct site visits, host training sessions, and meet with branch managers to strengthen relationships. * Monitor sales pipelines, analyze trends, and implement strategic actions to improve conversion rates. * Participate in area sales meetings, town halls, and strategy sessions with Nacora's leadership team to refine growth initiatives. Your Skills and Experiences * 2+ years of experience as a sales hunter in an insurance brokerage or freight forwarding environment * Active P&C License * Strong understanding of insurance sales, policy issuance, renewals, and premium billing * Field sales expertise - ability to build strong relationships and close deals in person * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) * Bilingual in English & Spanish is a strong plus Good Reasons to Join There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
