Organizational Overview: Founded in 2021, Lexington Sporting Club is a soccer club that is a community- oriented organization focused on providing opportunities for youth development, fostering competition, and delivering exceptional professional soccer experiences. Lexington SC includes a professional men's team who will compete in the USL Championship League starting in 2025. Lexington SC also launched a professional women's team in 2024 that competes in USL Super League. In addition to the professional teams, Lexington SC is comprised of a youth club with 1,000 players, a pre-professional women's team in the USL W League, two indoor soccer facilities, a $20 million youth soccer complex, and a brand-new state-of-the-art soccer-specific stadium that opened in September of 2024. Position Summary: The sale associate will thrive in a fast-paced team store environment. You are responsible for providing excellent customer services, assisting shoppers with their selections, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining the store's appearance, and upholding brand standards. Responsibilities: 1. Customer Service: * Greet customers warmly and offer assistance. * Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences. * Answer questions about products, promotions, and store policies. * Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed. 2. Sales & Merchandising: * Assist customers in selecting clothing, accessories, and other merchandise. * Encourage sales by highlighting promotions, upselling, and cross-selling. * Maintain knowledge of current trends, store inventory, and best-selling items. * Process transactions accurately at the register, including cash, credit, and returns. 3. Store Maintenance & Stocking: * Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing. * Restock shelves, fold and arrange merchandise, and update displays. * Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention efforts. 4. Teamwork & Store Operations: * Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals. * Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and dress code standards. Qualifications: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset. * Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. * Basic math and cash-handling skills. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
