Duties * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. * Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services. * Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records and sales information. * Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. * Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while communicating with clients to ensure a positive experience. * Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery and achieve sales targets. * Attend local health fairs. * Catering sales-- commissions available. * Deliveries as needed. Experience * Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred. * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in office software applications. * Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required. * Ability to analyze data effectively to support decision-making processes. * Demonstrated experience in client services with a focus on building lasting relationships. * Must be motivated, organized, and pay attention to detail.
