As a Sales and Service Representative at Hunter Bolden State Farm, you will play a crucial role in our agency by combining sales and service responsibilities to ensure our current clients receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities: Sales: o Build and maintain relationships with current customers. o Identify opportunities to provide additional insurance products that meet clients' needs. o Conduct policy reviews and educate clients on coverage options. o Achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall growth of the agency. Service: o Provide outstanding customer service by addressing policyholder inquiries and concerns. o Process policy changes, claims, and payments efficiently. o Assist clients with policy renewals and ensure their coverage remains up-to- date. o Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency with computer software and technology. * Must obtain and maintain appropriate state insurance licenses.
