Responsibilities: As a Bilingual Outside Sales Representative , your day-to-day will involve making meaningful connections and providing exceptional service to potential clients. Here's what you'll be doing: * Proactive Client Follow-Up : Promptly follow up with leads and ensure timely assistance to clients, building a reputation for responsiveness and reliability. * Engage with Empathy : Connect with prospective clients, actively listening and understanding their needs, while offering compassionate support. * Build Trust and Confidence : Establish and maintain strong client relationships by providing clear, accurate information about our legal services, helping them make informed decisions. * Manage the Client Journey : Support clients from initial consultation through to sign-up, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their initial journey with us. * Efficient Intake Process : * Sign personal injury, workers' compensation, and criminal defense clients. * Send electronic retainers and ensure smooth documentation handling. You'll excel in this role if you have: * Case Intake Experience : A background in case intake or working with legal clients is a big plus!
