Sales Manager Location: Waipahu, HI, 96797 Job Description The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Responsibilities * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets * Lead and manage a team of sales representatives * Provide coaching and training to sales team to improve performance * Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement * Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention * Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - preferred * Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Ability to motivate and inspire a team * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
