Overview H.M. Payson is seeking a dedicated and analytical Relationship Manager , a crucial role that plays a significant part in our team's success. About the Role Responsible to H. M. Payson & Co., Inc. (HMP) for supporting its mission, vision, and values. From a servicing standpoint and specific to the incumbent's assigned client base, the relationship manager is the primary interface between the firm, the client, and the public. In all aspects of the client relationship, the relationship manager ensures that each client's experience is aligned with the firm's "client experience journey." The relationship manager focuses on managing and growing existing and prospective client relationships, as assigned, developing and implementing client-specific investment policy statements to meet each client's needs, adhering to established client service standards, and ensuring that each client's portfolio is reviewed per the firm's established standards. In addition to the above, the relationship manager actively participates in the firm's professional development sessions, collaborates with internal teams, actively contributes as a member of select committees and teams, and attends firm-sponsored events. Requirements This position requires a Bachelor's degree with two (2) or more years of financial services experience, or an equivalent amount of education and experience. Intermediate level proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is also required. About You You have a "client-first" perspective.
