Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by assessing their insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage options. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and a passion for sales. Duties * Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. * Negotiate policy terms and conditions to ensure client satisfaction. * Market insurance products through various channels, including telemarketing and outside sales efforts. * Administer benefits programs and assist clients in navigating their options. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within the sales administration system. * Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide knowledgeable advice. * Foster relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities. Experience * Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry. * Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. * Experience in telemarketing or outside sales is a plus. * Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is beneficial for handling sensitive client information. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance client interactions. * A background in benefits administration is advantageous but not required.
