This position plays a key role in driving our continued growth by nurturing warm leads, re-engaging previous customers, and supporting our outside sales efforts. What 's in It for You * We offer a guaranteed weekly draw of $750 while you ramp up, with generous commission rates ranging from 6-10% once you're closing deals. And yes--there's no cap on what you can earn. * Strong earning potential: Based on our commission structure, you can expect to earn between $5,000 -$8,000+ per month--with even more upside if you're a top performer. Amazing - right?!) * Career growth opportunities * Paid weekly (Commissions are calculated weekly and paid no later than one week after the close of the sales period.) * Health, Dental and Vision insurance (after 90 days) * Roth IRA (up to 3% match after 6 months) * Paid time off (40 hours first two years additional 40 hours in third year) * Up to 40 hours paid sick leave per year * Paid holidays (6) * Supportive and team-oriented work environment Key Responsibilities: * Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with a focus on closing warm and aging leads. * Follow up with previous proposals/estimates and customers who did not initially proceed. * Track and manage rehash opportunities in the CRM system. * Collaborate with the outside sales team to support their efforts and ensure seamless communication with clients. * Provide customers with product information, pricing, availability, and delivery details. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities. * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. * Assist in creating and sending follow-up emails, quotes, and invoices. * Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services or products. * Stay informed on industry trends, company products, and new technologies. Qualifications: * Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar sales-related role (electrical or trade industry preferred). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent organizational and time management abilities. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively. * Motivated, goal-driven, and team-oriented. Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of electrical products, systems, or services. * Prior experience with rehash sales or customer retention strategies. * Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
