What You'll Do Client Guidance & Sales - Lead warm, strategic discovery calls (no legal advice) - Manage fee agreements, onboarding, and follow-ups - Help prospective clients feel informed, supported, and confident Client Relationship Management - Maintain consistent communication throughout the client journey - Conduct check-ins, send surveys, and handle re-engagement outreach - Ensure every client receives thoughtful, responsive service Referral & Community Networking - Attend networking events (ProVisors, BNI, Chamber, etc.) - Build and maintain referral relationships - Represent Volpe Law with professionalism and warmth Team Collaboration & Process Improvement - Propose improvements to SOPs, workflows, and client systems - Collaborate with legal, intake, and marketing teams for alignment Who This Role Is For - Former paralegals, legal assistants, real estate agents, or mortgage pros who are looking for something different, or more stable - People who are empathetic, competent, and real - Those who can read people, build trust, and push back professionally - Professionals who are done with burnout -- but not done growing The Traits We're Looking For - - You listen well and lead with care - - You own your work and follow through - - You ask why, not just what - - You bring warmth without being fluffy - - You connect with people without needing a script - - You challenge ideas with respect - - You've earned your stripes and it shows - - You know how to track metrics and follow rules Qualifications Required: - 3+ years in a high-touch role (e.g., legal, real estate, mortgage, financial services) - Strong communication and people skills - Comfort with email, phone, CRM, and basic tech tools - Must be able to work in-office in Parker, CO and travel locally Preferred: - 5+ years in legal, real estate, or client-service industries - Experience with law firm processes or intake software - Proven track record in managing complex client relationships - Familiarity with business networking or referral development How We Hire We'll focus more on who you are than what your resume says.
