Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated 1099 Outside Sales Representative to drive business growth and expand our customer base. As an 1099 Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with commercial and business clients, generating leads, and closing sales. This role offers unlimited earning potential with a competitive commission structure and the flexibility to set your own schedule. Responsibilities: * Prospect and develop new B2B and B2C sales opportunities within assigned territory. * Build relationships with businesses, fleet operators, industrial clients, and other high-volume battery users. * Present and promote battery products to potential customers. * Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients. * Maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent service. * Track sales activities and report performance metrics. * Stay up to date on industry trends and product offerings. Qualifications: * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or a related field (battery sales experience preferred). * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently. * Reliable transportation for client visits. * Ability to lift and carry battery products when needed. * Basic knowledge of batteries and their applications is preferred but not required..
