Position Overview: Now Hiring! Salesperson Compensation: Commission and performance-based incentives Full-time, In-Person Join the fastest-growing roofing company in the area at our Kent office as a roofing Salesperson. In this role you will meet prospective clients at their homes, conduct inspections, and sell them our services. We hire based on performance, not experience. If youre great, youll earn $185,000+. If youre a top performer, youll be making over 250k in your first year at our company and be on track to make over 400k within the next three years. Commission averages $2,000 per sale plus performance bonuses. Full benefits are provided after 90 days of employment.
