SILVER CLOUD HOTEL SEATTLE - STADIUM location is looking for a talented, passionate and team building hospitality professional to fill our Sales and Catering Manager position. An exciting environment in the heart of the incredible sports hub of Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park. The hotel features 211 guest rooms and suites, with over 3,000 sq/ft of meeting space, along with great tastes and spirits at our Jimmy's on First restaurant. Silver Cloud Hotels, founded in 1980, is proud to celebrate over 40 years of providing outstanding guest service. POSITION PURPOSE: The Sales and Catering Manager reports to the Director of Sales and is responsible for the sale and service of guestrooms, group bookings, catering/event services to meet or exceed revenue goals. The Sales and Catering Manager is also responsible for account management, building long-term, value-based relationships. IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE MANAGEMENT STYLE: Ability to provide inspiring leadership, optimizing revenue opportunities, while ensuring client satisfaction. EXPERIENCE: Experience in hotel operations or hotel sales Required. EDUCATION: High School Diploma or its equivalent. Bachelor's degree or higher in related field preferred. * Excellent organizational skills, coordinating and pre-planning for hotel and client needs * Excellent communication skills, face to face, email, or phone * Ability to adapt to changing hotel business demands or client needs * Actively solicit, qualify, and book new or repeat guestroom business and catering business * Possess a gracious, friendly and fun demeanor * Experience in Delphi and Office services (Excel, Word, Publisher, Powerpoint, Teams) COMPENSATION Starting salary is $78,000 annually and is based on applicable experience and work history.
