Nice Car Auto Sales We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a hybrid role that combines outdoor lot organization with in-office administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly responsible, well- organized, and comfortable working in both outdoor and office environments. JOB DUTIES: Lot Duties: Assist with light vehicle detailing, emissions and fueling of the vehicles Assist customers in locating vehicles on the lot Maintain organization and cleanliness of the vehicle lot Inspect, move, park, and arrange vehicles on the lot for optimal presentation Ensure vehicles are properly tagged and displayed Clerical Assistant Duties: Answer phones, greet customers, and provide information of the vehicles File, scan, and organize vehicle records and customer documents Input vehicle and customer data into dealership management system Prepare and review sales documents, titles, and temporary tags Maintain office supplies and assist with mail handling Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to safely operate vehicles Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry) Excellent communication and customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in automotive or dealership environments is a plus but not required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required Working Conditions: Split between outdoor lot work and indoor clerical office work Shift schedule is: Monday - Saturday 10am to 5pm Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 per hour Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
