About us Deep River Drug is a small business in High Point, NC. We are an independent retail pharmacy and a member of the Archdale Drug family of stores. We are professional, fast-paced and inclusive. Our work environment includes: * On-the-job training * Safe work environment * Relaxed atmosphere As a cashier, you would be responsible for assisting customers in store and in the drive-thru. You will be responsible for checking in the OTC order and ordering inventory. You are expected to answer store phones. In addition, you will be required to accurately use cash registers and other point of sale equipment to process customer transactions. The ideal candidate must be an effective communicator with good people skills with an interest in healthcare. Most benefits are ONLY offered to full-time employees. To qualify for this position: - Age 16+ - Dependable - Good work ethic - No criminal record Summary As a Cashier/Sales Associate, you will be integral to delivering outstanding customer service in a retail environment. Your core skills in cash handling, retail sales, and communication will enable you to assist customers effectively, process transactions accurately, and maintain a well-stocked sales floor.
