Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective territory management and direct sales strategies. This role involves engaging with potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and building strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Duties * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business development goals within assigned territories. * Conduct direct sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking to identify new business opportunities. * Perform engaging product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings to potential clients. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales approaches effectively. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. * Collaborate with the sales management team to refine strategies for territory sales performance improvement. * Provide feedback on product performance and market conditions to assist in product development initiatives. Requirements * Proven experience in business development or outside sales is preferred. * Strong skills in territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. * Proficient in conducting product demos that resonate with diverse audiences. * Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships. * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving results. * Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous but not required.
