In this role, you'll sell staffing services to industries such as construction, warehouse, and light industrial. Compensation & Perks * Base Salary: $45,000 * Monthly commission opportunities * Generous cell phone allowance * Auto allowance to support local travel * Comprehensive benefits package : health, vision, dental, 401(k) with company match, life insurance, and long/short-term disability What You'll Do * Develop new business : Identify, prospect, and network to generate new client opportunities. * Maintain and grow existing client relationships. * Travel locally to meet with clients and assess their staffing needs. * Quote prices, prepare sales contracts, and perform job site surveys. * Submit weekly sales activity reports and maintain records in our proprietary software. * Attend after-hours networking events and take client calls on evenings and weekends as needed.
