We're looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team and help customers find the perfect flooring for their homes and businesses. Job Description: As a Sales Associate , you will be the face of The Floor Guy, assisting customers in selecting the best flooring options while providing outstanding service. This role involves sales, customer support, and product management. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in the showroom Provide product recommendations and explain flooring options Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries Follow up with potential leads and maintain client relationships Maintain a clean and organized showroom Assist with material loading and unloading Qualifications: Sales or customer service experience preferred (flooring knowledge is a plus!)
