Salary: $55000.00 - $95000.00 per year * Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training * Responsibilities* * Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. * Leads team of office personnel. * Creates and reviews periodic reports. * Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources. * Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales. * Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. * Process customer policy change requests. Requirements * Property & Casualty insurance license is required. * Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. * Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. * Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. * Excellent Communication/interpersonal and customer service skills. * Excellent team building skills. * Professional phone etiquette and solid computer skills. * Minimum education: College Degree Preferred. * Successful sales background. * Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred. * P&C team management experience preferred.
