``Duties``` * Conduct warm calling to potential customers to generate appointments for the sales team * Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to engage prospects and secure appointments * Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and appointments in Salesforce or similar CRM system * Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads and appointment information * Continuously develop and improve strategies for generating high-quality appointments * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with prospects Requirements * Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting is preferred * Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, both written and verbal * Ability to confidently engage with potential customers over the phone and build rapport * Excellent negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure appointments * Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to meet or exceed targets * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
