Operations & Client Care Manager | Real Estate Team - Kailua, HI (Oahu) Real Estate Team with Coldwell Banker Realty The Best Job Ever - Yes, Really. What You'll Be Doing (AKA: Your New Favorite To-Do List) You'll be the operational force behind a top-tier real estate team known for excellence, service, and joy. Your days will include: * Managing real estate transactions from listing to closing * Coordinating team operations, projects, & client experiences * Monitor team performance metrics & cheer us on! * Creating beautiful oooh la la marketing materials that make listings shine * Visit clients & properties showing care & professionalism (we have BIG hearts) * Planning and executing memorable client events (Soooo FUN!) * Keeping our systems (Asana, ZipForms, DocuSign) running like a dream * Supporting growth and improvement--yours and ours * Optimizing everything you touch (we love efficiency) What You Bring to the Table * Experience in residential real estate (MLS, contracts, etc.) * Fluent in Office 365 , and savvy with social media, business platforms, apps, and video editing tools * Friendly with handwritten notes and formal business etiquette * Comfortable with multitasking, organizing, and adapting * Passion for personal development and a culture of excellence * Tools: Car, cell phone, car insurance (this is Oahu, after all!) * Bonus points if you're a non-selling Realtor looking to stay in the industry & thrives in an operations/support role Who We Are Led by Cori Hamilton , Global Luxury Realtor and perennial Best in Real Estate award-winner, our team is energetic, collaborative, and deeply committed to exceptional client service.
