This person must be self-driven, highly motivated and a proven sales executive in the area of software tools and services. Prior experience with selling to FPGA development teams is a key requirement. This position strive to proactively understand a prospect's business and technical challenges, i.e. be their insider, identify solutions based on Plunify product offerings, and sell those technologies and the value proposition of the InTime solution. This is an opportunity to join a successful startup with highly competitive compensation including excellent commission and stock options. He/She will require a solid mix of technical curiosity and business savvy. This position will be responsible for sourcing and initial qualification through close. More specifically, you will: * Drive top-line sales revenue and achieve our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives * Negotiate and close deals. Drive adoption of enterprise agreements to ensure long term relationships and maximum contract value * Work as part of a larger team including Customer Support Engineers and Field Application Engineers * Develop and execute a sales strategy to move opportunities from sourcing to qualification to close * Identify, develop, and close new opportunities through proactive campaigns * Accurately forecast and manage the sales funnel by tracking all customer interactions and opportunity updates * Participate and contribute to the development of territory strategy Job Requirements * Bachelor's degree * At least 4 years of sales experience in the FPGA industry * Customer focused, highly responsive, and collaborative * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a high level of attention to detail * Understand FPGA development processes from major FPGA vendors (Intel, Xilinx)
