Guests feel it; you'll feel it too. * JOB SUMMARY: As Sales Coordinator, you're a proactive, detail-loving professional with a passion for hospitality, organization, and client service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting sales efforts through seamless coordination, strong communication, and mastery of property systems. Your ability to keep things moving behind the scenes helps ensure every group and event runs smoothly from start to finish. What You 'll Do: * Prepare and process contracts, proposals, and addendums with accuracy and attention to detail * Maintain timely, professional communication with clients and internal teams * Collaborate closely with Sales Managers to ensure accurate and up-to-date group bookings * Set up billing and input all relevant group data into hotel sales, POS, and event systems * Monitor and maintain group bookings in property systems, making updates as needed * Assist with individual reservations that fall under negotiated or special rate categories * Run and distribute reports through the sales system to support hotel teams * Act as the first point of contact for inbound sales leads via phone or email--responding quickly and entering information into the appropriate system * Serve as a lead catcher for incoming RFPs, ensuring timely follow-up * Create booking links * Provide administrative support including correspondence, phone coverage, and scheduling * Handle rooming lists, including alterations * Process invoices * Write thank you cards * Create gift certificates for clients and hotels trades * Host social hour as needed * Additional responsibilities may be given at the discretion of DOSM & GM. What You Bring: * Previous experience in the hospitality or service industry * Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail * Excellent communication and follow-up abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence working in hotel systems * Ability to stay calm under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to shifting needs * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed * Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Differences make a difference.
