Key Requirements: * Sales Experience (Essential): At least 3 years of sales experience, with consistent results in meeting objectives. * Ability to Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Ability to establish trust and loyalty with clients. * Excellent Communication Skills (Bilingual): Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish, both verbal and written. * Technological Proficiency: Intermediate or advanced knowledge of CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other management platforms. * Leadership and Motivation Skills: Experience leading and coordinating teams to achieve specific goals. * Results-Oriented: Commitment to achieving objectives and exceeding assigned goals. * Availability to Travel: Flexibility to travel according to project needs and client meetings. Responsibilities: * Identify and Prospect New Clients: Actively seek new prospects through market research, referrals, and participation in industry events. * Analyze Client Needs: Conduct meetings to identify specific needs and expectations. * Prepare Commercial Proposals and Negotiate Contracts: Draft and present clear, detailed, and persuasive proposals. * Develop Strategies to Meet and Exceed Objectives: Plan and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. * Collaborate with Internal Teams: Coordinate with operations, logistics, and production teams to ensure projects meet client expectations. * Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction during and after service delivery.
