Retail Sales Associate -(Wholesale Club Environment) Position Overview: We are seeking motivated Retail Sales Associates to join our wireless sales team inside a high-traffic wholesale club. In this customer-facing role, you will engage with members to recommend optimal wireless solutions while delivering exceptional service. This position offers comprehensive training and growth opportunities in the telecommunications industry. Key Responsibilities: * Provide consultative sales of wireless plans, devices, and accessories * Actively engage customers to understand their communication needs * Maintain current knowledge of wireless products, promotions, and service offerings * Process transactions accurately while adhering to company procedures * Achieve and exceed established sales targets and performance metrics * Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising standards Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required * 6+ months retail or customer service experience preferred but not required * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends * Comfortable working in commission-eligible sales environment * Basic technology proficiency (smartphones, tablets, POS systems) Compensation & Benefits: $17.00-$20.00 paid hourly, paid weekly (base + commission) * Employee wireless service discounts * Paid training and career development programs Why Join Our Team?
