We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Salesperson. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, explaining our company and our programs, and raising funds through one on one interactions with prospects campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference and enjoys interacting with people. Responsibilities: * Communicate effectively with individuals in a friendly and persuasive manner * Meet clients one on one and answer questions effectively * Negotiate and overcome objections to secure clients * Market our organization's mission and goals to potential clientele * Maintain accurate records of interactions * Provide exceptional customer service to all individuals encountered * May involve occasional phone outreach to coordinate with prospects Experience: * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred but not required (training is given to make sure you succeed) * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Being Bilingual is a plus but not required. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse individuals * Comfortable working in various weather conditions and walking long distances Note: This is a paid position.
