Summary As a Sales Associate at Pinch A Penny, you will be an integral part of our team located in a local store. This role is vital in delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales through product demonstrations, and ensuring that our customers have the best experience possible while shopping for their pool needs. Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and inquiries. * Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. * Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash responsibly. * Maintain an organized store environment by stocking shelves and ensuring product availability. * Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies. * Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. * Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive work environment. * Support promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
