Position Overview: We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Front Desk Sales Associate to be the face of our gym! You'll play a key role in welcoming members, driving sales, and creating an unforgettable experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Responsibilities: * Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism * Provide exceptional customer service and answer any questions about classes, memberships, and merchandise * Drive membership sales through proactive outreach and in-person consultations * Handle check-ins, class reservations, and payment processing * Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area * Support gym operations, assist trainers, and help with events when needed Qualifications: * Passion for fitness and an interest in boxing/kickboxing * Sales experience is a plus (but not required - we'll train you!) * Strong communication and customer service skills * Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented * Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed Perks: * Free gym membership! * Commission on membership sales * Fun, high-energy work environment Ready to join the TITLE family and make an impact?
