We are looking to hire an Appointment Setter to join our growing team! This is a door-to-door position with opportunities for advancement. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to work well without constant supervision, and willing to work a minimum of 20 hours a week. Responsibilities and duties include: * Setting appointments with homeowners and businesses to take advantage of the tremendous cost savings provided by solar energy * Engaging in conversations with customers * Using a smartphone app with a data plan to input appointment information Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check. Compensation: $16/hr base + 3% commission (average of $1,800 per sale), performance based monthly incentives, end of month bonuses up to 4.2k, and year end bonuses including a free trip. Appointment Setters typically earn an average of $50/hr with no limit on earning potential.
