Key Responsibilities: * Manage expenses for janitorial operations within the plant, ensuring budget compliance and efficiency. * Maintain the highest quality standards in service delivery and customer satisfaction. * Oversee employee records to ensure administrative compliance. * Plan, coordinate, and supervise janitorial functions across all shifts. * Develop and implement effective workflow processes and standards. * Ensure compliance with Local, State, Federal, and Company environmental procedures. * Foster strong client relationships, address unique requirements, and seek opportunities for service expansion. * Provide leadership in staffing plans, training, safety, and employee development. Qualifications & Experience: * Education: BA/BS Degree. * Experience: 3-5 years in a supervisory capacity. * Strong communication and leadership skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Ability to forecast staffing and budget plans, making necessary adjustments. * Knowledge of human resource policies, including employee relations and training.
