What You 'll Do: * Engage with referrals and warm leads, ensuring clients get the right coverage for their needs. * Manage complex coverage relationships, problem-solving to provide tailored insurance solutions. * Educate clients on insurance options using a consultative, customer-first approach. * Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Suite and internal systems. * Represent APIG at trade shows and industry events, expanding our presence. * Work collaboratively with the team while independently managing your pipeline and goals. Who You Are: * Detail-oriented and highly organized--you don't let things slip through the cracks. * A quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. * A strong communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional, consultative approach. * Tech-savvy, comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Self-motivated and goal-driven--you take ownership of your work. * Looking for a long-term career, not just another job.
