We are seeking a motivated and result driven insurance Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business by identifying potential clients, assessing their insurance needs, and providing customized insurance solutions. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the insurance industry, particularly as it pertains to small business and personal lines. If you have previous experience in sales, we'd like to meet you. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and achieve sales targets. * Conduct through assessments of client's insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. * Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction. * Attend networking events and community functions to promote the agency and generate leads. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the agency management system. * Collaborate with the underwriters and other team members to facilitate the insurance process. * Prepare and present insurance proposals and policy renewals to clients. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed advice to clients. Requirements: * Proven experience in insurance sales or in a related field, preferably with a focus on sales. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong knowledge of various insurance products (e.g., general liability, property, workers compensation). * A valid insurance license in CA is required. * Familiarity with email scheduling tools, outlook and excel * Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus What We Offer: * Ongoing training and professional development opportunities * A supportive and collaborative work environment. * Competitive salary and commision and bonus opportunities.
