Overview We are a small local sign company that produces custom signs, decals, merch, etc. Our main customers are small businesses as well as other customers such as weddings, event venues, etc. We are looking for a hungry salesperson who is willing to work hard and build their future with us. You must have people skills, and the ability to walk into businesses if needed, as well as cold call, cold email, etc. Initially this would be a contract position, with a minimum payment of $1,000/monthly. However, your commission is uncapped and we expect you to make $65K+ the first year. Commission structure is as follows: $10,000 minimum monthly sales. 10% commission for sales of $10,000-$25,000/month 15% commission for sales $25,000/month. For reference, a single large sign can go up to $10,000. Responsibilities * Generate list of customers to contact. * Generate interest from customers (both local and far) * Provide quotes and follow up with customers * Handle customer account * Recommend solutions to customers Requirements * Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * High level of motivation and enthusiasm for achieving sales goals. * Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary. * Cold calling and door to door skills are preferred You will be the first dedicated salesperson for this company and if you do well, endless opportunities to advance.
